Returns & Exchange

Sarvagna-India is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. Also, as the fabrics are genuine and the weaves delicate, each product requires very careful handling. Hence, we are able to offer cancellations, returns or exchanges only in extreme circumstances. 

Returns

  1. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item No Exchange NO Refund in Code Order..
  1. Your return request should be sent by email to shivamcreation222@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests send after 7 days of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.
  2. If you receive your order in a parcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised not to accept such a parcel and do not open the package. Kindly immediately get in touch with us at shivamcreation222@gmail.com & call at +91 8780595297.
  1. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrived damaged, you need to email us a photo of the damaged packaging along with the return request as per step 3. 
  1. Upon receipt of your request, we shall examine the same and send you an authorization of return/exchange within 2-3 working days.
  2. Upon receipt of the authorization, the product must be couriered back in original packing to Sarvagna-India store at the below mentioned address within 2-3 days.
  1. The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition and sent along with original bill and tags intact.
  1. We aim to process all returns within 10 working days.
  1. You could choose to get a full refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and other handling changes might be applicable. Sarvagna-India will initiate the process for refund on your original debit or credit card within 15 working days but we cannot guarantee the time taken by the bank authorities.

 

Exchanges

  1. Exchange can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery
  2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
  3. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
  4. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
  5. Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro).
  6. The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
